Bikes, Bakes and Aches - we are proud to be supporting St Helena Hospice's £40 challenge!

 

We've come up with a three-part master plan to help stretch our £40 as far as possible.

 

St Helena Hospice shop tour

Exchanging office wear for Lycra, the team is taking on a 180-mile mission - cycling, swimming, running, and walking the equivalent distance between all of the St Helena Hospice shops across Essex!

We’re teaming up with Fitness4Less Gym in Colchester, who have kindly given us a free month pass, to help us complete our challenge.

Wellbeing Wednesday

Did you know, as well as running our agency, Managing Director Gemma Rawlinson is also a fully-qualified yoga instuctor?

We are putting her skills to good use to raise money for the hospice, and Gemma will be running an online desk yoga session focusing on alieviating stress in exchange for a small donation.

No need for yoga mats, you can do all the moves from the comfort of your own office chair!

Bake Sale

What's a fundraiser without a bake sale?

 

We'll also be rattling our pots and pans to create delicious sweet treats to sell to our neighbouring businesses at Oyster House.
